Duties:

The front desk coordinator manages the fast-pace, busy lobby and reception area. The coordinator is responsible for greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, consumers and job candidates. The Coordinator must ensure compliance of building security and adhere to the sign-in and security procedures. The Coordinator will be responsible for answering a multi-line switchboard and connecting callers with the appropriate department or resource. The coordinator will handle administrative tasks, calendar management, mass mailings and accept company deliveries. Additional responsibilities include identifying individual's needs and guiding them in the right direction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 5 (five) years of recent, relevant experience in a fast-pace front desk or reception role. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required. Proficient in computer programs, specifically MSOffice. Prior experience with the elderly and sensitivity to aging issues a plus. Must possess a proactive, intuitive, patient and professional demeanor. Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

Hours:

As needed to cover call outs and vacations. Must be available between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.
